Primary duties will be the monitoring of the division email and fax accounts, answering telephones, working with students and parents at the service counter, and scanning, indexing, and maintaining the document imaging system.

General Purpose of Position
This position serves as a primary customer service representative for the Office of Financial Aid and Graduate Financial Aid. Primary duties will be the monitoring of the department email and fax accounts, answering telephones, working with students and parents at the service counter, and scanning, indexing, and maintaining the document imaging system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and answering of Finaid email and Finfax transmissions.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls from students and parents.
  • Assisting students and parents at the front customer service counter and at the resource center.
  • Scanning and indexing of important student documents into document imaging system and general maintenance and organization of system.
  • Monitoring student files waiting on response for updated documentation for various follow-up and verification.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Associate’s degree preferred. One year of related experience and/or training.
