Summer 2023 Graduate Internship Program

Summer 2023, NYP will be offering several 10-week paid internship opportunities for qualified graduate students from leading university programs.

 

Incoming interns will work closely with senior management and participate in achieving our strategic initiatives in Culture, Access, Engagement, Health & Wellbeing, Value, and High Reliability.

 

Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 10, 2023.

These exciting internship opportunities will take place from June 5 - August 11, 2023 on site in New York, NY.

 

Hiring Departments: Dalio Center for Health Justice, Information Technology, Marketing and Communications, Security; and more.

 

Internship Program Components

  • Each intern will be assigned a mentor from the members of the Emerging Leadership Council

  • Interns will have one-on-one career information meetings with Senior Leaders

  • All interns will create and present a 15-minute presentation to senior leaders to highlight their contributions to the organization at the completion of the summer program

  • Interns will be invited to participate in networking events throughout the summer with other emerging leaders in the organization who have completed similar programs to enhance their summer experience

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will have completed their first year of a graduate program by the start of the internship; and be currently enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, MHA, MPA, MPH preferred)

Timeline

  • Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 10, 2023 at 11:59 PM

  • Applicants will be required to submit video-interviews before Monday, February 20, 2023 at 12 AM (Requests will be sent via email within one week)

  • Talent Acquisition will review applications and video-interview submissions ongoing through February

  • Virtual Interviews with Hiring Managers will take place in late February (please be flexible and available to interview on both days)
