YFA Connections is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

YFA Connections, founded as a non-profit in 1969, provides substance use disorder and mental health treatment for adults, school-based mental health services for youth, and emergency shelter services for at-risk youth.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the corporation, including administrative, fiscal, program and personnel, and performs such other duties as permitted or directed by the Board of Directors. The CEO shall serve under the supervision of the Board of Directors and shall be responsible for all decisions regarding the day-to-day operations of the corporation. The CEO will be an ex officio member of the Board without voting rights.

Essential Skills and Experience

· Graduate degree in social services, business, or public administration.

· Extensive experience in fiscal management, budgeting, grant writing, program administration and personnel supervision.

· Five years agency and/or program management experience.

· Ability to communicate effectively with staff, Board of Directors, and community partners.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and projects.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in State of Washington
  • Substance Use Disorder Professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
