The Director Ambulatory Services at this facility will be responsible for the overall leadership, planning, and management for the continuum of Nursing care across the hospital while reporting directly up to the CNE (Chief Nurse Executive). The Director Ambulatory Services will spearhead the facilitation and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and programs at the facility in accordance with hospital guidelines. They will also provide guidance, education, and mentorship to all nursing personnel in order to ensure the highest quality of patient care. This person will be the face of the facility’s clinical nursing practices and will promote collaboration across all departments to ensure the continued pursuit of nursing excellence. This person will also regularly work in concert with hospital leadership to reach departmental goals.
