Job Description

The School of Business at Central Penn College is seeking part-time faculty to teach a variety of business courses, such as entrepreneurship, management, human resources management, and economics. Part-time faculty may be called upon to provide teaching services as needed by term. Applicants are currently needed for daytime, on-ground courses. The College operates on four terms per year consisting of 11 weeks each. Day classes meet on Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday.

Successful candidates should:

• Possess a master’s or doctorate degree in a business-related discipline.
• Demonstrate a record of excellence in teaching at the college level and a strong passion for sharing knowledge in a dynamic classroom.
• Exhibit a high level of sensitivity to and understanding of students from diverse academic backgrounds.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues.
