We are seeking an Intern to join our team. This role will help manage the flow of the workplace and assist in analyzing internal business operations and customer needs to help bring the two closer together.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time internship to gain insight into multiple areas of operations analysis to include cost savings and finding efficiencies.

Job duties:

• Printing/Emailing reports to appropriate employees.
• Gather data from multiple sources and compile into reports.
• Updating Excel documents.
• Maintaining/Updating information in existing databases.
• Assist with entering/revising budgets.
• Supply orders for client sites.
• Assist in billing review in looking for errors.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Mictrosoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule.
