Provides complex administrative support in a variety of functions to support Chief Executives to assist in increasing the efficiency of the Executive’s day-to-day support tasks and calendar. Work requires the utmost level of time management, attention to detail, interpersonal skill and confidentiality. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Works with a variety of internal team members and will interface with external parties and GEHA board members.

SKILLS
  • Provides executive administrative support to include managing calendars, department meetings, supplies, budget and first line of contact for the Executive.
  • Reviews, prioritizes, directs and delegates a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration.
  • Summarizes, prioritizes and researches information into a concise and usable format for the executive to review.
  • Responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive.
  • Creates or directs creation of reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials for the executive.
  • Coordinates high level projects, travel arrangements and meetings.
  • May plan and schedule work and direct other staff to deliver support.
  • Coordinates and oversees division and GEHA events. Provides back-up support to other executive assistants as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires eight + years of high level experience as an executive administrative assistant to senior executives.
  • Has advanced Microsoft office, spreadsheet and graphics software skills.
  • Has a broad knowledge and understanding of the company’s operations and business objectives.
This is a hybrid position that will require the individual to work onsite on occasion in addition to working from home.
Work-at-home requirements
  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The annual base salary range for this position is $53,895 - $75,505 USD.
