Position Summary | The focus of this position will be the development of new enzymes for bioconjugation reactions. In particular, a recently engineered methyltransferase will be repurposed to install dyes and/or drug conjugates on antibodies. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements | A PhD in Biochemistry or related field. |
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Experience with protein production and purification, enzyme assays, and protein engineering. |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Experience with methyl transferase enzymes. |
