Overview
The coordinator supports the CCTI’s Director and Clinical Director, and Early Drug Development Center (EDDC) Director. The primary functions of this role include calendar management for center leadership, partnership portfolio management, and support for center initiatives. This role will enable the coordination of communication between the center and external partner organizations; scheduling necessary meetings and site-visits when applicable.

Responsibilities
Provider support
- Provide Administrative Support and calendar management
- Manage travel, travel reimbursement, expense reports and other expense reporting
- Prepare research documents, presentations, research letters, and other non-clinical administrative tasks
Center Support
- ETCTN Program/UM1 grant: Coordinate meetings, and assist with compiling data and formatting documents
- Organization of overall clinical trial portfolio files
- Creation and maintenance of CCTI trial portfolio newsletter
- Manage center meetings and SIV coordination
- Execute department wide newsletter.
- Serve as liaison between CCTI and affiliate faculty enabling engagement/interaction across divisions and centers
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to establish priorities
- Advanced skills within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to initiate and/or draft reports, correspondence and other administrative documents
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare spreadsheets and reports
- Ability to create, compose, re-format and edit written materials
- Ability to operate independently with established guidelines for the majority of duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 4 years of administrative experience; preferably in a healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotech office setting
