The major responsibility of this position is to teach undergraduate courses within the business degree and certificate programs. Possible course topics are finance, business math, technology management with business analytics, entrepreneurship, small business management, economics and other areas depending on program needs. The willingness to develop and deliver courses by multiple delivery methods is required.
Faculty members typically provide 15 credit hours of instruction each semester, participate in college service such as community outreach, grant writing, or committee work, and advise students. BCC offers regular professional development opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in a related subject area and teaching experience are required. Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based education with skillful incorporation of multiple instructional strategies and teaching technologies as appropriate are expected. Applicants should have an ongoing commitment to personal and professional development and the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse college community.

Salary: $48,811 - $57,126 (per MCCC contract) Full time; Benefited
