- Highly skilled with technology including familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics and Google Ads).
- Proficient design skills with Adobe Creative Suite experience, specifically Adobe Photoshop.
- Self-starter with strong communication and high-quality content writing skills and effective verbal communication skills
- Website management experience, familiarity with Drupal is preferred
- Strong Microsoft suite skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook calendar scheduling
- Highly organized with experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Team oriented mindset and attitude – willing to go above and beyond initial task expectations
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students, and the public
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Work experience in a higher education
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM

- Help manage and optimize digital content implementation across multiple platform (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and scale campaigns to maximize ROI
- Create digital advertisements in Adobe Photoshop and implement digital marketing campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn and Google.
- Help create and oversee multi-platform marketing projects and monitor project status and budget throughout enrollment cycle.
- Measure digital traffic by monitoring campaigns per platform and track on Google Analytics to help optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Coordinate the development and implementation of internal and external digital publications, promotional materials, and communications; and edit, proofread, and design materials as needed.
- Assist with website content creation, image sourcing, website maintenance, and analytics, preferred experience with Drupal and Google Analytics.
- Prepare reports, summaries or replies to inquiries to effectively communicate to internal team, college departments, program stakeholders and university leadership a campaign’s KPIs, ROI and suggested recommendations for operations.
- Manage, design, and distribute print collateral and creative projects (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for approval by supervisor or department designee.
- Research marketing and promotional strategies and make recommendations for changes in methods and materials, including recommendations regarding social media tools, website (Drupal), and applications.
- Maintain confidentiality in communicating sensitive information and in handling confidential materials such as departmental records and files, personnel actions, student engagement, and contracts/agreements.
- Utilize computer databases and computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and desktop publishing. Responsible for completeness, accuracy, and format of documents.
