What you’ll be doing.

 

 

Job Summary: Reporting to the Director, HR Operations, the Payroll & Wellness Specialist will be primarily responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll on a biweekly basis using ADP Workforce Now. As an organizational wellness practitioner, this incumbent will develop, implement, and maintain a wellness program that fosters improved employee satisfaction by improving balance between home and work functions.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience processing multistate payroll for a medium size company
  • 3+ years of experience in Benefits, Wellness, or related experience
  • Must be customer focused and driven to provide outstanding customer experience to employee base
  • Must be detailed-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Organized and able to prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
  • Creative ability to foster encouragement and wellness, therefore improving business driven results

 

Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • College Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
  • Professional certification a plus

 

 

Where you’ll be doing it.

 

 

This is a hybrid role based out of our Pembroke Pines, FL office. As a hybrid role, you will be working onsite 2-3 days a week and working from home 2-3 days a week.

 

 

When you’ll be doing it.

 

 

While there is some flexibility in the hours, this position will be Monday-Friday during regular business hours (approximately 8:00am-5:00pm). Occasional overtime may be required according to business need.
