Our Lead Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDP) are team leaders who guide the day-to-day operations of a residential services program and/or to providing direct support to individuals who may reside in or more locations. The Lead QIDP ensures overall service development, delivery and monitoring of person-centered plans in cooperation with each individual supported. The Lead QIDP is responsible for training, mentoring, oversight of staff to ensure quality services and continuity of care. The Lead QIDP must have the capability to effectively communicate and clearly articulate the organization’s mission and philosophy to all members of their particular program or service. The Lead QIDP position is an excellent opportunity to grow your clinical and managerial skills!

Available Shifts and Locations:

1. Monday-Friday 11am-7pm (40hrs)- Arlington

2. Monday-Friday 11am-7pm (40hrs)- Manassas

Qualified candidates for this position will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
• A minimum of two (2) years experience supporting individuals with ID/DD
• A valid driver’s license
• Must have experience with ID/DD population and behavior management principles
• Must have experience with individuals with physical disabilities
• Supervisory experience preferred
