We are looking for a dedicated student to join our dynamic and highly motivated accounting team. The ideal candidate should be a rising sophomore or junior studying accounting, located in the Richardson Texas area, and be able to work a maximum of 25 hours per week.

We are currently seeking for an intern in the following capacities where areas may include but are not limited to the listed responsibilities:

• 
  Vouchering 2-way and 3 way matching (including scanning invoices to be uploaded per voucher)
• Matching of invoices to check and wire runs
• Matching wire payments to AP (wire) runs
• Filing of all supplier payments
• Reconciling and/or verify vendor statements
• Research and resolve payment issues with vendor and manager inquiries
• Expense report verification
• Vouching of expense reports using chart of accounts and cost center listings
• Detailed credit card reconciliation
• Other tasks as requested

Education requirements: Students with at least 3 semesters left majoring in Accounting, 25 hours per week
