The Opportunity

The Rosen College of Hospitality Management seeks an experienced instructor or lecturer and director of Food and Beverage Operations to join their team. This 12-month, non-tenure earning faculty position is responsible for supporting educational laboratory activities for food and beverage courses. Additionally, the chosen candidate will manage all food and beverage processes and supervise a team of chef instructors and lab assistants to execute the multi-faceted foodservice operations at the college. This faculty position also requires teaching, holding office hours, and engaging in service activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and 7+ years of relevant industry and academic experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching in higher education setting
• Experience managing a higher education kitchen laboratory
