Prepare and teach courses days and evenings across three campuses and three extension centers; maintain scheduled availability to students; develop an individual professional development plan and participate in professional development activities; participate with other faculty in developing and managing courses, in formats for both traditional and online, curricula and academic policy; participate in the advisement of students; participate in the college community by attending meetings and serving on committees; and perform other duties as assigned by the dean. Utilize available college resources to best support teaching and learning.
 

Current CPA license required and earned Master's Degree or higher (MBA preferred) with the academic and/or professional credentials, experience, and skills needed to teach college level accounting courses within the Business Studies Department; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, administrators, staff and students; two years of college level teaching experience in the accounting field required; and five years of college level teaching experience in the areas of intermediate, cost, advanced, and tax accounting preferred.
