Admissions Support Assistant

Summary of Position

Seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to work 20 hours per week to join our UNH Manchester Admissions team in Manchester, NH. Work hours are flexible within the 20 hours, however, must have at least one hour Mon-Thurs. Hybrid remote work and in person work is available. This position is non-benefitted and when in person, is located in Manchester, NH at our admissions office in the Pandora Mill Building.

A typical day will consist of working alongside the Assistant Director of Admissions and collaborating with other UNH departments to support prospective students throughout the application process and contracted international partner communication. Managing a high volume of incoming inquiries, this position will focus on fast and effective communication, ensuring proper data management in our CRM, and offering creative solutions for graduate recruitment. Skillsets that you will gain in this position include, but are not limited to, creative problem solving, versatility, confidence in communication, and Salesforce CRM user experience.

Duties/Responsibilities
Admissions Support Assistant
· Serve as the primary contact for UNH Manchester in-person graduate programs’ questions throughout the admissions process
· Serve as the secondary contact for agent and applicant questions throughout the admissions process.
· Support virtual and in-person events hosted by UNH Manchester Admissions
· Oversee dashboards and ad-hoc reporting and communicate to agents, administrators, and staff.
· Respond to walk-in, email, and telephone inquiries from prospective and current applicants, students, faculty, and staff on all matters concerning admission status, student status, Graduate School policies, etc. and track and follow-up with prospective applicants
· Other duties as assigned.
