Essential Job Duties
This position will work closely with the Associate Director of Nursing, Associate Medical Director, and the expanded services committee and will have responsibility over the Therapeutic Clinic to plan and anticipate the clinic’s needs based on the mission and goals of Campus Health (CH). This position will delegate and assign duties to the nursing staff within the scope of practice based on clinical skills.
The person in this position will manage policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Board of Nursing, AAAHC standards, and CH policies and procedures and advance the nursing staff’s roles to accommodate expanded services.
The person in this position will have exemplary communication skills and will serve as a mentor for nursing staff by teaching, training, supervising, and delegating. As a direct supervisor, this position interacts with Human Resources on hiring actions, performance evaluations and improvement, and resolving disciplinary issues.

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina and two years of experience in the area of specialization.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of supervisory experience and at least three years of experience in direct patient care with a focus on ambulatory care, infusion therapy, and/or home health.
- Bachelor of Nursing from an accredited nursing program

- Unrestricted RN license in NC or compact/multi-state licensure
- Current CPR certification
