- Master’s Degree in a field relevant to the position.
- Ten years of demonstrated experience in enrollment leadership, administration, and supervision in a student service area. Experience in data analysis and student information systems.
- Demonstrated effective management and team-building experience
- Strong decision-maker, with transparency in decision-making and management
- Strong analytical capability in data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, faculty, administrators, staff, alumni and the general public

- Defines a vision that encompasses identifying, attracting, and yielding funding of the UNH graduate and undergraduate students
- Develops in the long-term strategic enrollment enhancement of appropriately qualified graduate and undergraduate students (regionally, nationally, and internationally)
- Creates the recruitment and admission strategy that enrolls the students that flourish and succeed at UNH
- Implements growth strategies to meet enrollment targets short term and long term-Provides enrollment forecasting and empirical content based on academic and economic behavioral trends
- Utilizes analytical data from Institutional Research to target and adjust enrollment strategic realities to realign operational plan related to recruitment
- Identifies leading enrollment trends and marketplace
Duty/Responsibility
- Establishes goals and objectives for operations consistent with the University’s mission
- Develops and manages common protocols, policies, procedures, processes, systems, practices, forms and services and provides oversight for all enrollment services
- Maintains operational compliance with State/Federal regulations, federal laws, state regulations, FERPA, HIPPA, and AACROA standards
- Maximizes/leverages technology to support enrollment efficiencies and data utilization
- Integrates all aspects of the enrollment services including the implementation and evaluation of effective student-centered recruitment and selection
- Provides highly effective data analysis to drive decisions supporting marketing
- Delivers enrollment goals yearly short term and long term
- Adjusts strategies and goals as trends change
- Develops productive partnerships with internal campus-wide departments, new technology and external influencers
Duty/Responsibility
- Provides direct supervision and evaluation of all staff members
- Ensures all enrollment services and institutional staff embrace and apply student-centric philosophy
- Develops and manages the operating budget for all assigned areas
- Leads a team in the application of mathematical and statistical methods to educational, economic and behavior data
- Leads enrollment team in quantitative analyses of actual enrollment trends and educational choice phenomena
- Maintains best practices by developing consistent procedures through training and continual assessment
- Other duties as assigned
