Summary of Position

With a focus on timeliness, open all beverage lines, make sure all meal service items such as bread, bagels, cereal, waffles and condiments are available at the start and end of service each day. Maintains cleanliness of areas and par-levels of the above items for the duration of service hours. Under supervision of designated supervisor, perform a variety of tasks related to the production and service of food and beverage items; ensure positive guest service in designated area, and maintain standards of safety and food security/integrity.

Set up and maintain beverage lines, bread, waffle and condiment stations adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain appropriate quantities of utensils, cups, mugs for service at all times, assisting the dish room if necessary.

Sweep and/or mop up spills to prevent slips/falls. Fill out time/temperature and refrigerator logs and assist with training student associates working in DA areas.
