Job Description:

The Workday Support Operations Analyst assists and provides support for Workday production. Responsible for helping set strategy and execute security, integrations, and analytics. Performs duties in a hands-on role by serving as a lead in consulting with vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems. Serves in a lead role and delivers discrete projects within the systems group, which will sometimes involve managing resources from other groups within PSC or outside consultants. Maintains accountability for Analytics Solutions, Data Management, Integrations, and Security.  Creates advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics.  Evaluates and coordinates the technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions and communicates the impact on business processes with decision makers.  Assists Coordinator, Workday Change Management, as needed, with educating users on the use and features of Workday and testing. Responsible for reviewing, testing, and communicating Workday product updates in weekly and bi-annual releases. This position reports to the Coordinator, Security and Integrations.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from a regionally accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree.  Successful results of a criminal background check are required.

Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations.  Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position.  A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.

 

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from a regionally accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, computer science, or business systems. One or more years of experience in the enterprise software industry, including by not limited to, Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, SaaS, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora, Infor, Banner, or Taleo. Experience in manipulating data, analyzing outcomes, and writing complex functions using Microsoft Excel. 

 

SALARY RANGE: $35,000.00 - $42,500.00 (Depending upon qualifications, the salary is negotiable.)
