The Event Preparation Staff is responsible for executing the requests and needs for a dynamic client base and staff at The McKimmon Center. This position will be involved with the design, placement and arrangement of settings for all client events and the preparation for audio/visual needs and equipment to be used. Close attention to detail, collaboration and accuracy of setups is an essential skill set utilized daily by the staff.
Maintenance and repair of items as needed.
Occasional specialized duties may include Audio/Visual technical assistance and operation of specialized equipment as training allows.
