PRIMARY DUTIES

• Offer administrative support on day-to-day operations of the HR department including recruitment candidate contact, employee onboarding, employment record maintenance and strategic project initiatives.
• Respond independently and accurately to a variety of inquiries from employees and managers.
• Provide a high degree of customer service and employee focus while demonstrating sensitivity to each individual's questions or concerns.
• Perform various tasks and assist with projects as they arise, being flexible to changing focuses.
• Respond to employee informational requests
• Help with company and department events
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.
• Performing other job related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current or graduating student with interest in Human Resources, Digital Media Marketing and Business
• Possess outstanding people skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good oral communication, organization, and planning skills
• Creative personality that shows adaptability to changing project scopes
• Work well under pressure and under tight deadlines
