The Tradition First Foundation is seeking a Director of Major Gifts & Donations to join our team. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about the organizations cause and it's long-term aspirations. While the organization is in it's infancy, this will be a volunteer position, with the opportunity to transition into Full-time employment.

The Director of Major Gifts & Donation's job is to increase the Tradition First Foundation's engagement with the philanthropic community by managing the stewardship of organization's donors and major giving program.The Director of Major Gifts & Donations will work closely with the Executive Director when implementing new strategies and plans for engaging, expanding, and supporting our organization's donors.
