This Position is Hybrid - Able to Work From Home 2-3 Days out the Week.

JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all aspects of recruiting talent across

La Rabida. Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies, to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization. Responsible for the development, implementation and performance of all Human Resources programs, training, compliance.

  • Lead effective recruiting process, practices and standards providing high quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

What we need from you:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources Administration as well as Managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in healthcare/hospital.
