We are a growing nonprofit that supports education with over 250,000 members. In this position, you will be able to work with our programs and meetings team to plan large conferences and support various educational programs.

Job Responsibilities for Grants Program Coordinator:

  • Support a large program from a major corporate grant.
  • Working with State Legislatures, School Faculty, and executives on a regular basis
  • Create and maintain budget reports for membership schools and support the Grants Program Director
  • Prepare and coordinate payment for approved expenses for membership schools
  • Collaborate with the Grants Program Director on the execution of virtual and in-person events for each membership school
  • Assist the Grants Program Director in the preparation of performance measures and membership reports
  • Prepare weekly email communication for all project stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly budget reports for all project schools
  • Comfortable traveling twice a year to annual conferences

Qualifications for Grants Program Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, non-profit management or related field.
  • One year or more of professional office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Outlook and other applications as required
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on simultaneous projects with accuracy and punctuality
  • Ability to interact collaboratively and productively with employees at all levels across the organization and with the public
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,750.00 - $52,500.00 per year
