Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab

Job Description

Description

Do you enjoy working in a collaborative environment to find innovative solutions to complex technical problems?

Do you want to learn more about United States military systems and Department of Defense Operations that have real-world impacts?

If you are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field then we'd love to have you join our team!

As a modeling and simulation intern you will...

The Air Combat and Strike Mission Analysis Group focuses on engagement to mission-level modeling using in-house and industry software including maintaining internal capabilities and toolsets. Interns will gain domain knowledge in multiple fields and perform analysis of simulation data to discover trends, assess risk, and document uncertainties. There may also be opportunities to present your work through briefings to both technical specialists and pivotal decision makers.
