Background Check
Completion of New Employee Training
Must be currently enrolled in at least 6 credit
hours for Fall/Spring semester
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above (if first semester
student, GPA requirement is waived)
If student qualifies for Federal Work Study, the
student will be hired as a Federal Work Study
employee to utilize these funds.

Assist with helping the Tartan Bistro!

Position Summary

Help assist the Tartan Bistro during service hours

Reports to

Department Chair, Culinary Management

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Set up back line and dish room each night before service
- Wash, dry, and put away all dishes/glasses etc. during service
- Breakdown, clean and sanitize dish room at the end of each service

Required Education

High School graduate or equivalent

Skills and Specifications

- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to push/lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand up to 4 hours
