SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting the Grant & Compliance Manager, and Executive Team by managing multiple data sets, conducting research, and maintaining schedules and requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND responsibilities include the following:

1. Assist in maintaining and updating any Policy and Procedures as Agency expands, or contracts, and revisions are needed.

2. Cross training on tasks performed by others in the administrative department and assisting the team on projects as needed or requested.

3. Organize and manage multiple data sets (i.e., Grants & Contracts, Donor Database, Outcome & Deliverables Tracking, Registrations, Subscriptions, Programmatic Data, and other data sets as assigned).

4. Conduct research and compile data related to funding opportunities and potential funders.

5. Conduct data collection & analysis from various sources, as requested. Either as a short-term or on-going project.

6. Prepare data presentations including charts, graphs, etc. to tell a story and maintain audience engagement.

7. Maintain confidentiality of all agency, personnel, grant, and research matters.

8. Assist in creating and monitoring workflow of grants from cradle to grave. Understand deliverables and which department/team members are responsible for which tasks.

9. Facilitate communication on Agency and Grant renewals, registrations, and licensing.

10. Assist Leadership with Agency forms (Insurance, Grants, Applications, etc.) and request unknown information from the correct internal and/or external team member.

11. Maintain Agency calendar, including but not limited to grant due dates, reporting deliverables, and tracking submission or requests.

12. Provide support to the Grant & Compliance Manager and/or Executive Director, as requested on special projects or tasks.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business, social work, or marketing or an AA degree with two (2) years of experience in non-profit, data management, or research.

None required.
