- Background Check
- Completion of New Employee Training
- Must be currently enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester
- Cumulative GPAA of 2.0 or above (If first semester student, SPA requirement is waived)
- If student qualifies for Federal work study, the student will be hired as a Federal work study employee to utilize these funds
Position Introduction
Student Employees will assist in the Co/Labs throughout the campus
Position Summary
Each campus Co-Lab will be dedicated to fostering a space for collaboration, connection and creativity. As a Student Assistant in the the Co-Lab Centers, you will in many ways be the face of our office, tasked with making a positive first impression for students, faculty, and staff who come to the space, and creating a safe and welcoming space.
Reports to
Director of Student SuccessEssential Functions and Responsibilities
Provide reception/customer service to the general student population
Schedule appointments for the Student Success Coaches
Assist Student Success Coaches with Event Logistics and Coordination
Compile and Analyze data entry from events/workshops
Other duties as assigned

Required Education
High School graduate or equivalentSkills and Specifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand around for up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Ability to use office equipment (fax, copier, etc)
