Job Description Summary

Serve as the web store coordinator to select, organize and assemble merchandise to be presented on the website, maintain inventory levels, process orders, provide assistance to students, troubleshoot problems, track shipments, and balance daily.

As a staff member at LLCC, you can look forward to 22 paid holidays a year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 10 vacation days per year. LLCC staff, their spouse and qualified dependent children are eligible to use the tuition waiver on credited courses. LLCC is a positive, team-oriented environment supportive of staff development.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of relevant experience in retailing, office management, internet sales.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug-screen.

Position Salary

Starting salary will be $37,551 per year with an excellent benefits package.

Description of Job Duty

Balance cash registers and make daily deposits for Point of Sale transactions, web sales and Amazon sales. Maintain adequate cash reserves and balance the store safe weekly. Process buyback funds deposit as needed.

Anticipate needs and order all office supplies for POS and web store operations including boxes, tape, etc. Monitor postage account and notify supervisor when additional funds are needed.

Pick and pack orders placed on the web store, prepare for shipping to residence or LLCC outreach center by securely packaging and processing order. Process through USPS or other shipping software. Track packages using software or manual log.
