We are seeking a highly organized, team-oriented, and data driven individual for our Research Analyst opening. This position maintains an important role by managing data from qualitative and quantitative research methods and using this data to write compelling business stories that are relevant to industry professionals. The ideal person for this position will have an enthusiasm for working with data and exceptional writing skills.

Responsibilities of the Research Analyst:

• Developing weekly content for social media posts of based on research and insights
• Writing monthly “By the Numbers” articles and support content for magazine articles
• Supporting data analysis and presentation development for departmental products and presentations
• Taking the lead for an industry wide compensation report that requires cross-departmental collaboration
• Contributing insights and analytics to industry wide events
• Maintaining, monitoring and querying assigned databases
• Assisting the team with fact checking and research duties
• Plus ad hoc requests, as assigned

Requirements of the Research Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree, preference for Business Administration, Economics, or Data Science
• Superior writing, editing, and communications skills in technical reports, white papers and analytical data summaries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytic skills with demonstrated natural curiosity
• Basic understanding of SPSS and/or Survey Monkey is preferred
• Self-starting, motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Flexibility and respect for deadlines a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
