The Customer Service Support Specialist provides support to students and instructors for the department of Adult Education
This part-time, non-benefited position will be responsible for the following duties:
This part-time, non-benefited position will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answer phones.
- Take registrations for program enrollment over the phone
- Provide support for the instructors
- Greet and direct all incoming students to classes
- Provide extra support for AE staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay will be $20.00 per hour. There is one morning position available with a work schedule of Monday through Friday 9AM to 2PM and one evening position available with a work schedule of 4PM-8:30PM.
Anticipated start date is April 11, 2022.
Position Requirements
Requirements include the following:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year relevant work experience
- Computer competency, particularly in Microsoft Office products
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
