Responsibilities
Research Technician position available to work in microbiology and molecular biology lab in the Department of Cancer Immunology and Virology. Primary duties include maintenance of tissue culture cells and HIV virus stocks, as well as biochemical measures of HIV replication in cell culture.
Qualifications
Requirements minimally include Bachelor of Science degree in related major. Starting salary and Technician rank (entry, senior, lead) will be commensurate with past work experience, and applicants with microbiology and/or tissue culture laboratory experience will be prioritized. Preference will also be given to applicants who are available to start immediately.
