SLU School of Education:  Postdoctoral Research Associate

The Saint Louis University School of Education is seeking applications for a part-time Postdoctoral Research Associate to assist with planning, designing, and conducting research; summarizing research findings and publishing in journals; communicating and collaborating with various project stakeholders; and carrying out general responsibilities related to research project management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning, designing and conducting research.
  • Assist with carrying out k-12 school project related activities.
  • Assist in preparation of grant proposals and evaluation reports.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Consortium partners locally, nationally and globally.
  • Organize and coordinate Consortium for Human Flourishing conferences and events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Earned Ph.D. in Education or Education related field.
  • Track record of scholarly work.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and ability to design and implement research studies.
  • Ability to analyze, summarize and publish research findings.
  • Project management skills.
  • Written communication skills.

Salary: Salary will be competitive. This is a part-time externally funded position that is funded for 6 months.  Continued employment will be dependent on the applicant's performance as well as receiving additional external funds for the position.
