Job Description

Great Bay Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required.

 

Adjunct Faculty: Business Administration

The instructor will be responsible for helping to prepare and to teach an 8-week freshman course. Course: Curriculum in Business Administration. The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an online environment. Experience with learning management systems and CANVAS in particular is preferred. Experience with ZOOM is a plus.

COURSE: BUS114G Management

Adjunct appoints are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.

The minimum qualifications for the position are as follows:

Education: Masters Degree in Business Administration. A Masters Degree in Education: Curriculum and Development will be considered with 5 years of teaching experience in a business program in a high school or college setting.

The compensation rate is $689-$849 per contact hour [or $46.75 - $57.90 per clinical rate per hour]. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
