Manager of Online Learning

Then you might be the perfect candidate for the Manager of Online Learning role at Reformation Bible College.

As Manager of Online Learning, you’ll bring online courses at RBC to a broad community of learners. You understand the significance of the coursework at RBC and want to disseminate solid Biblical teaching to those who desire it. You have experience in education and online course design; but, what sets you apart from others is your passion to promote RBC’s vision of faithfully educating students in the historic Christian faith, so that they know, worship, and serve God in all of life.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Implement data-driven strategies for increasing incoming online class sizes and brand equity through initiatives in recruitment and communications, collaborating deeply with the Ligonier Creative Team and Communications Team.
• Ensure the execution of effective strategies and tactics to increase the size, efficiency, and profitability of the RBC online recruitment funnel, leading to improved quantity and quality of candidates as well as increased revenue.
• Supervise the process of onboarding and orienting new online students, setting them up for personal and academic success.
• Collaborate with the Director of Student Services, Vice President of Academics, and other RBC leadership to ensure high retention rates and a positive student experience, from recruitment through to alumni.
• Assist in developing course content, course materials, methods of instruction, and assignments in collaboration with the Vice President of Academics.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Biblical studies or education preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in the higher education context preferred
• Experience in recruitment, course design, and brand development preferred
• A self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
• Agreement with the Ligonier Ministries Extended Statement of Faith.

This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, Florida. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
