Knowledge of Windows operating systems (PC and Server), Microsoft Office, computer network technology, and well-developed troubleshooting skills
Excellent public relations, good telephone communication skills, and interpersonal skills are a must.
The person in this position frequently communicates with others; must be able to exchange accurate information and maintain a professional demeanor
Customer-oriented and patient
Provide a professional presence to end users when working to document and resolve issues
Provide first-level solutions to help desk calls and e-mails as skills and experience allow
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Work with IT leadership and help desk manager to develop process and procedures to make the help desk an effective solution to efficiently resolve issues.
Other duties as assigned
Ability to operate telephones and computer work stations
Duties may require working early mornings , evening and weekends
Ability to sit and answer calls for extended hours.
Min Salary$11.50 per hour
Max Salary$11.50 per hour
