POSITION SUMMARY
McGraw School of Business at Olivet Nazarene University seeks a full-time faculty member to support a growing degree in the School of Business beginning August 2023. Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits are competitive.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Primary teaching responsibilities in the area of marketing.
2. Additional responsibilities include advising students, meeting with prospective students, serving on departmental and university committees, and promoting professional affiliations and professional certifications.
3. Other responsibilities are the encouragement of student engagement through promoting professional affiliation, professional certification, and student-run professional marketing agency.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1. The university seeks doctorally qualified applicant with substantive experience in marketing, with strong quantitative and qualitative skills as well as a strong commitment to the values and lifestyle of evangelical Christianity.
2. Candidate with master’s degree will be considered, with preference toward candidates with professional experience and professional certifications.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
9-month contract, August-May. Salary commensurate with experience. Office located in the Weber Center on the main campus of ONU in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
