Job Summary
The Pre-College Coordinator will support the 100+ pre-college efforts across UWM's campus by organizing and coordinating this compliance, developing UWM-specific policies and processes for meeting requirements for hosting minors on campus. As compliance workload lessens (likely in year two), the Coordinator will work on developing and maintaining program data, analyzing and reporting on cross-institutional program data, and communicating with community stakeholders about our many pre-college offerings. The person in this position will also participate in System and campus meetings regarding compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in a higher education setting
  • Demonstrated experience with policy development and implementation



Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated experience working with compliance-related matters
  • Demonstrated experience with K-12 programming
