Job Description
The Early Learning Center Director is responsible for the overall operation of the North Attleboro Childcare & Preschool Center including budget preparation, management, hiring, training, and development of staff. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Massachusetts laws and licensing requirements. The Director works closely with colleagues across the Association on curriculum development.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field with EEC Director II certification
- Three years or more running an Early Childhood Center, strongly preferred
- Leadership experience and demonstrated success managing and developing staff
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
- Required certifications within 60 days of hire:CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, EEC requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
