Job Description

The Manhattan College O’Malley School of Business invites qualified candidates to apply for a full-time tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Business Analytics faculty position in the department of Accounting, Business Analytics, CIS & Law starting Fall 2023.

The candidate should possess an earned Ph.D. in an area closely related to business analytics or information systems (e.g. data science, business statistics, management science, business intelligence, or computer science) by the start of the appointment. We are interested in candidates that have a strong computing background as it applies to business applications and an in depth knowledge in two or more the following areas: data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, business applications of blockchain, web app development, security, or quantum computing. Candidates must provide evidence of teaching effectiveness, research accomplishments, and/or relevant work experience. Applicants should have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service. The successful applicant will be required to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses, engage in scholarly activities, and provide ongoing service to the department, school, and college.
