Summary of Position

The Registrar’s Office at Keene State College invites applications for a Sr. Program Support Assistant to provide excellent customer service in support of the Registrar’s Office by serving as the key contact for assigned areas of responsibility (student record maintenance, oversight of all transcript management etc.) and by providing back-up and/or general support for other Registrar’s Office functions and administrative tasks. This is a full-time, year-round position with a starting salary range of $17.57-$19.57, per hour, complemented by a generous benefits package.

Other minimum qualifications

  • Associate degree and three years of related experience or combination of higher education and related experience equal to five years or high school graduation/equivalent and five years of related experience involving progressive responsible duties requiring discretion and independent judgement.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and relational databases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, faculty.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with a student information system
  • Work experience in college or university environment

Salary Information

This is a full-time, year-round position with a starting salary range of $17.57-$19.57, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off. This position is part of the Keene State College Administrative Staff Association (KSCASA).
