Lake Tahoe Community College District is recruiting for a part-time (up to 28 hours per week) Schedule Production Program Aide.

Hours are generally between 8am and 5pm with variations according to the needs of the department. Monday – Friday.

• course and section data entry
• section additions, cancellations and changes
• posting of class-related signage,
• basic In-Design formatting of quarterly schedule
• proofing schedule drafts
• room scheduling for internal and external facilities bookings
• general office duties back-up to the Schedule Production Specialist where needed
