Job Description


One NIH funded postdoctoral position is opened in the Statsyuk research laboratory at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. We are looking for postdoctoral fellows with experience in recombinant protein expression and protein biochemistry for the new drug discovery project. Our research group is highly interdisciplinary and collaborative, and employs such techniques as synthetic chemistry, biochemistry, protein chemistry, mammalian cell culture, masspectrometry, Cryo-EM, and protein crystallography. We are positioned in the brand-new research building at the University of Houston campus, in close proximity to the world’s largest Texas Medical Center.

QUALIFICATIONS: A Ph.D. degree in chemistry or chemical biology
