University of Southern California Counseling & Mental Health is pleased to announce a Postdoctoral Fellowship position in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. The position is a full-time, one-year fixed-term appointment, specifically providing clinical services to the university’s student population.

The duties include providing individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention, outreach and prevention, and psychotherapy groups for USC students. Other responsibilities include providing supervision and training to pre-graduate trainees. The postdoctoral fellow will work under the supervision of a California Licensed Psychologist. Postdoctoral applicants must have a doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program and have completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship. Strong clinical skills and experience are required. Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential. Organizational skills, follow through, flexibility, openness to feedback, and ability to work independently in a responsible manner are all essential to this position.
