POSITION:
Senior Lecturer, Instructional Academic Staff, Terminal

DUTIES:
Positions primarily involve teaching a variety of introductory and advanced accounting courses on campus, preferably during day hours.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related fields
• Experience teaching Accounting courses at the undergraduate level
• Two years of work experience in Accounting or related positions

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA and/or other professional certifications
• Experience using Canvas or a similar online learning system
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Commitment to continued professional development in best practices in teaching and learning, including the use of alternative delivery formats

The successful candidate will be dynamic, energetic, creative, and engaging. The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to the public liberal arts mission and to quality teaching and learning methods. Willingness and interest in utilizing technology in the classroom strongly preferred. The successful candidate must be committed to the highest ethical standards and demonstrate effective leadership and teamwork skills.
