Job Summary | The Ultrasound Imaging and Therapy laboratory in the Department of Bioengineering at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) has multiple openings for postdoctoral researchers. These positions will support research on biomedical ultrasound and image processing. The candidate will have excellent collaborative opportunities with a group of multidisciplinary researchers including clinical collaborators. Research interactions will take place within the College of Engineering together with clinical departments at the nearby University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UT Southwestern). |
Minimum Education and Experience | Ph.D in a related field. |
Preferred Education and Experience | The ideal candidates will have a strong background and interest in fields such as: (1) ultrasound contrast agent development, (2) ultrasound imaging and instrumentation, (3) machine learning using medical images, and (4) technology implementation in both laboratory and clinical environments. Applicants should have a PhD degree in bioengineering, computer science, electrical engineering, medical physics, or a closely related field. |
