University of Kentucky (UK) awards postdoctoral fellowships for up to 2 years for scholars who will research and contribute to diversity at UK. The initial appointment is for 12 months, but recipients may apply for a second year. Fellows will be mentored by UK professors and will develop research programs for the department they will work in. Fellows will be at UK, located in Lexington, Kentucky.

Must have completed the doctoral degree before the date of appointment or have completed the doctoral degree within the past 2 years. Applicant must be eligible to compete for federally-funded postdoctoral grants.
