All About You


The Human Resources Associate acts as a liaison to Saint Louis University internal stakeholders to facilitate the human resources management of systematic workday onboarding processes for faculty, postdoc and adjunct new hires.  It is the role of the HR Associate to continuously interact, assist and consult with hiring managers and business managers to accurately mange the hiring processes to ensure the following:

  • I-9 compliance,  that is required by the United States federal law,  as individuals are hired for employment with Saint Louis University

  • Job positions are being closed out and meet OFCCP audit requirements

  • The timing of the hiring process is being initiated to result in positive candidate onboarding experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage the Hire/Change job workday process to ensure new hires are being onboarded to meet University and Government compliance hiring guidelines.

  • Own the Hire/Change Job workday process – be the liaison between internal stakeholders to proactively communicate and consult on the Hire/Change Job workday process.

  • Full understanding of the provisioning process and the provisioning checklist.

  • Partner with Human Resources team members to ensure the background check requirements are being met.

  • Responsible for posting and unposting all faculty, adjunct and postdoctoral fellow jobs

  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Act with sense of urgency and provide a high level of customer service.

  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

  • Provide Exceptional attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree, supplemented with two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience equal to two years. Workday experience preferred

Vaccine Protocol
Saint Louis University requires COVID-19 vaccinations for all students, staff, and faculty who are physically present on our St. Louis campuses. As a prospective and/or a new employee at Saint Louis University, you will be/are required to comply with the University’s vaccination protocol. Proof of full vaccination is required before the start of employment in order to work at Saint Louis University. If you are not vaccinated, you are required to begin the vaccination process at the time of your first day of employment and submit proof of full vaccination within 30 days of your start date. Exemptions may be granted on the grounds of religious beliefs or medical circumstances. Failure to comply with the vaccine requirement within 30 days of an employee’s start date will result in termination of the employment.  Proof of vaccine will be submitted through an online portal made available to you during your Workday onboarding tasks.
